Bought three pieces living furniture set, sofa, recliner, and loveseat. All pieces started falling apart after a year.

Spent over $3000.00 and worthless ***. We are adults, over 50 years of age, and no children, no pets and we don't jump around on the furniture and have wild parties....we contacted Guardsman warranty company and they denied. Imagine that....a warranty company that would honor their warranty that we paid extra to have. We contacted The Dump first and they stated they have nothing to do with the Guardsman Warranty company.

Funny, they sell the warranty but then when it comes time to use it, they act like they do not know anything about it.

The Dump is a rip off and their customer service is useless. They keep you on hold for over 20 minutes at a time.

Product or Service Mentioned: The Dump Furniture Set.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Having the same problem with The Dump in Houston, Texas. Couch was represented as being "Italian Leather" and it flaked off in pieces within 2 years of purchase - at this point ( 3 years out) it is flaking off all over the house, sticks to people who sit on it and I have been told that "peeling and cracking" is normal. Not normal at all, deceptive trade practices is what it is.

Trying to talk to consumers with similar issues. I am fed up...2 years dealing with them and leather furniture.

Could we talk? My leather started ripping, mechanism does not work, recliner back crooked.
